Role Description The Financial Analyst (Retail/E-Commerce) will be responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for both physical stores and online channels in a full-time, in office role based in Saket. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales and margin performance, reviewing financial statements, preparing management reports, and tracking key performance indicators across product categories and channels. The role involves monitoring inventory and pricing impacts on profitability, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to support merchandising, marketing, and operations decisions.

Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain financial models, and assist in building business cases for new initiatives and campaigns.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience interpreting retail and e-commerce data to support business decisions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to prepare and review P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with spreadsheets and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Saket, and effective communication skills for collaboration with merchandising, operations, and leadership teams.
