Role - Founder’s Office – AI Systems & Operations

We’re looking for a resourceful, AI-driven professional to work directly with the Founder, combining hands-on AI implementation with business operations, research and execution.

What You’ll Do

- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and build practical AI-powered workflows and internal tools.
- Integrate applications using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks and AI-assisted coding platforms.
- Build AI-assisted systems for information management, reporting, dashboards, research and workflow tracking.
- Support the Founder with calendar management, meetings, travel, correspondence, follow-ups and day-to-day priorities.
- Conduct business, market and technology research, turning complex information into actionable insights.
- Prepare presentations, reports and business documents while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Own tasks end-to-end, troubleshoot problems and deliver reliable solutions independently.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of relevant experience in AI automation, business operations, technology-enabled roles or a Founder’s Office.




- Hands-on experience building and implementing AI-powered workflows in real-world environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini; automation platforms like n8n, Make or Zapier; and AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, webhooks, workflow testing, data privacy and output verification.
- Robust research, analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage competing priorities and work independently.
