Role Description The Field Auditor is a full-time, in office role based in Ernakulam, responsible for conducting field audits across various business operations of the Group. Day-to-day activities include verifying transactional records, inspecting branch and site operations, ensuring adherence to internal controls, and documenting findings in structured audit reports. The role involves visiting assigned locations, interacting with local teams, assessing compliance with policies and procedures, and identifying operational risks or discrepancies.

The Field

Auditor will work closely with management to recommend corrective actions, support process improvements, and follow up on implementation of audit recommendations. The position also requires maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, preparing timely summaries of audit outcomes, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of audit standards and practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify inconsistencies, and assess operational risks.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with on-site teams, document findings clearly,



and present audit results to management.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting abilities to investigate issues, trace root causes, and suggest practical remediation measures.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service orientation to handle stakeholder queries professionally and build cooperative relationships during field audits.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to help guide on-site staff on compliance requirements and support awareness of audit standards.
- Relevant experience in field auditing, internal controls, or operations review in manufacturing, automotive, agro-processing, or similar sectors is beneficial.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in common office and reporting tools.
- Ability to travel to different sites as required, work independently, and maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
