Overview -

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting & Compliance Specialist to join our Finance team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting practices, statutory compliances, financial reporting, GST, TDS, and accounting fundamentals. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, regulatory compliance, and timely financial reporting while supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Financial Statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act requirements.
- Handle GST return preparation, reconciliations, and compliance-related activities.
- Manage TDS deductions, return filings, reconciliations, and tax-related reporting.
- Conduct periodic financial reviews and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts as per accounting standards.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and controls.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best accounting practices.

Mandatory Skills

- Robust understanding of Accounting Principles and Accounting Fundamentals.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Balance Sheet Schedules.
- Hands-on experience in Statutory Compliances, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Knowledge of GST compliance, reconciliations, return filing, and tax accounting.
- Expertise in TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and reconciliations.
- Strong financial review and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in statutory and tax audits.
- Knowledge of Schedule III financial reporting requirements.
- Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation.
- Experience in process improvement and internal financial controls.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com).
- CA Inter / CMA Inter Mandatory.
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience managing GST, TDS, Financial Statements, and Balance Sheet reviews.
