Role Description This is a full-time, in office Facade Supervisor role based in Thane.

The Facade

Supervisor oversees daily site activities related to facade installation, including structural glazing, cladding, and other exterior systems, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with project specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating site teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress, resolving technical and operational issues, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company procedures. The role involves reviewing drawings and plans, conducting site inspections, preparing basic progress reports,



and communicating effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.

The Facade

Supervisor supports continuous improvement in installation methods and contributes to maintaining high standards of workmanship and site discipline.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of facade systems and installation methods, including structural glazing, ACP cladding, and glass-based elements.
- Experience supervising on-site construction or facade installation teams, with the ability to coordinate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site layouts, and to provide clear guidance to site personnel.
- Understanding of construction safety practices, quality control procedures, and basic project documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to identify and resolve site issues promptly.
- Prior experience in facade or exterior works in building construction; experience in similar supervisory roles is preferred.

- Relevant technical diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Thane and manage dynamic project conditions and timelines.
