About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Finance &

- Accounts professional with solid fundamentals in accounting, accounts payable, GST/TDS compliance, and vendor reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a small or mid-sized organization and be comfortable managing day-to-day accounting activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, bookkeeping, and voucher posting.
- Manage accounts payable, vendor invoices, and payment processing.
- Perform vendor and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle GST and TDS compliance activities, including documentation and related reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, supporting documents, and accounting records.
- Assist with month-end closing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors for invoice queries, outstanding payments, and reconciliation issues.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Finance &




- Accounts.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, journal entries, debit/credit concepts, and accounts payable processes.
- Practical exposure to GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and vendor reconciliation.
- Experience in a small or mid-sized private limited company is preferred.
- Ability to handle accounting activities independently rather than relying entirely on automated workflows.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates from smaller organizations, CA firms, or lean finance teams.
- Professionals with practical knowledge of Indian accounting and statutory compliance.
- Candidates who can explain accounting concepts clearly and demonstrate their practical application.
