Engineering Managers at Merkle lead delivery for Promotions and Loyalty Services platforms, ensuring quality, performance, and client outcomes across software development, QA, and engineering operations.

They manage multi-disciplinary teams, partner with global stakeholders, contribute to solutioning and pre-sales, and make critical decisions on technology, delivery, and people management.

Must Have Skills

- Technical fluency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, MySQL (or similar) RESTful API development, integration, and microservices architecture.
- Frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Vue.js (or similar) Version control (Git, GitHub) and CI/CD practices Robust understanding of system architecture, design principles, and engineering best practices Proven leadership in scaling engineering organizations.
- Strong client and stakeholder management with global teams Excellent communication, influence, and collaboration skill Experience with pre-sales, scoping, estimation, and account growth People leadership: hiring, performance management, career development.

Good to Have Skills :

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
