Role Description The Digital Marketing & Content Creator Intern will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and content initiatives for FSOL and its clients. This on-site internship role, based in Hyderabad, involves assisting with social media content creation, basic copywriting, and visual content development for various platforms. The intern will help with campaign research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking under the guidance of the marketing team.

Daily tasks may include drafting posts, creating simple graphics or short-form videos, updating content calendars,



and coordinating with team members to ensure timely delivery. The role offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing tools and processes, along with opportunities to learn best practices in content creation and client communication.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in digital marketing, including understanding of social media platforms, online campaigns, and basic analytics.
- Content creation skills such as copywriting, blog or caption writing, basic graphic design, and familiarity with short-form video content.
- Comfort with common digital tools, such as office productivity software, social media management tools, and basic design or editing applications (e.g., Canva, simple video editors).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field; prior project or internship experience in digital marketing or content creation is an advantage.
