Program Description The Data Analyst Traineeship at MedTourEasy is a remote program focused on supporting the analytics team in turning healthcare data into meaningful insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and cleaning datasets, assisting with data modeling, and performing basic statistical analysis under guidance. The trainee will help build and update reports and dashboards, document data processes, and contribute to data quality checks.

The program also involves collaborating with team members to interpret findings, preparing clear visualizations,



and communicating key observations to non-technical stakeholders. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience with healthcare analytics tools and workflows while developing practical data skills in a professional environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational experience in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Statistics to interpret data trends and support evidence-based insights.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling or a willingness to learn data structuring and relational concepts.
- Candidates should possess explicit Communication skills to present data findings in an understandable and concise manner.
- Basic proficiency in spreadsheets, SQL, or a programming language such as Python or R is beneficial.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage.
