About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Cybersecurity Compliance & Controls Testing Analyst with practical experience in cybersecurity audits, regulatory compliance, ITGC testing, and risk-based control assessments.

This role combines client-facing compliance delivery with the prospect to contribute to our AI-powered compliance automation platform.

Role Focus:

- 70% — Client Compliance Assessments & Controls Testing
- 30% — Compliance Automation & Product Collaboration

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cybersecurity audits, ITGC testing, and risk-based compliance assessments.
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of security controls.
- Perform evidence reviews, walkthroughs, sampling, and exception testing.
- Conduct assessments against ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, RBI requirements, SEBI CSCRF, and DPDP Act.
- Identify compliance gaps, assess business impact, and recommend remediation actions.
- Prepare audit workpapers, risk registers, control matrices, and assessment reports.




- Perform third-party cybersecurity risk assessments and vendor due diligence.
- Coordinate directly with client CISOs, compliance officers, and IT teams.
- Collaborate with Foresee's engineering team to automate evidence collection, control testing, and compliance monitoring.
- Validate AI-assisted compliance assessments and contribute to product enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT audit, cybersecurity compliance, GRC, or controls testing.
- Hands-on experience executing audits and independently testing security controls.
- Practical knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or applicable cybersecurity regulations.
- Experience with ITGC testing, evidence validation, audit documentation, and remediation tracking.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and client communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage assigned assessments.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with BFSI, NBFC, fintech, or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of RBI IT governance requirements, SEBI CSCRF, and DPDP Act.
- Experience in third-party risk assessments.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, cloud security, and GRC platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or compliance automation.
- Certifications such as CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CRISC, or CISM.
