About the Role

Rotoris is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to manage customer queries, handle live chats and calls, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through live chat, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls and provide timely, accurate information.
- Respond to customer queries related to orders, deliveries, products, returns, exchanges, and other support requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records, update query statuses, and document interactions accurately.
- Monitor pending queries and ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team whenever required.
- Maintain a professional,



polite, and helpful approach while communicating with customers.
- Support backend customer operations and ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or backend customer operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience handling live chat platforms such as LimeChat is preferred.
- Comfortable with customer calling, chat support, and follow-up coordination.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns patiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or customer support systems.
- Robust attention to detail, ownership, and time-management skills.
