Role Description This is a full time Content Strategist role based in South Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Content

Strategist will design and manage content strategies across social media, websites, and other digital channels to align with client goals and brand positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting audience and market research, creating content calendars, briefing and collaborating with writers and designers, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role involves analyzing performance metrics,



refining strategies based on insights, coordinating with the social media and influencer teams, and maintaining clear communication with clients about content plans and results.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Content Development to plan and shape cohesive, goal-oriented content initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Management to organize, schedule, and maintain content across multiple digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Content Writing and Writing to craft clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate copy.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing fundamentals, and audience engagement best practices.
- Ability to interpret analytics, draw insights, and adjust content plans to improve performance.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in digital or social media roles is an advantage.
