Role Description The Club President at Vivaham 360 is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bengaluru. This position oversees club operations, member engagement, and event initiatives, ensuring that the club supports the overall mission of creating remarkable Indian wedding experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring the club team, organizing and hosting member meetings and activities, coordinating with vendors and partners, and maintaining strong relationships with club members.

President will also set strategic goals, manage budgets, monitor performance metrics,



and ensure that club programs align with organizational standards and brand values. This role involves close collaboration with other departments, active participation in key events, and ongoing improvement of club processes and member experience.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership, team management, and decision-making skills to guide club operations and mentor staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage members, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Event planning, coordination, and organizational skills, ideally with exposure to weddings or hospitality.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and basic business acumen, including budgeting and performance tracking.
- Adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine interest in Indian wedding traditions and community engagement.
- Proficiency in commonly used office and collaboration tools; familiarity with CRM or membership management systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, hospitality, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in a leadership or club management role, particularly in events, hospitality, or community organizations, is highly beneficial.
