Role Description The Collections Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing overdue accounts, contacting customers via phone, email, or other channels, and negotiating payment arrangements in line with company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection, including negotiation and follow-up on overdue accounts.




- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle sensitive conversations and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance to understand account statements, payment terms, and basic financial concepts.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using CRM or collection tools.
- Relevant experience in collections from Payday or NBFC
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work in a target-driven environment are expected.
