Role Description The Co-Founder will play a hands-on leadership role in shaping the product vision, business strategy, and daily operations of EventMadeEasy. This full-time, on-site position in Kanpur includes responsibilities such as defining the go-to-market strategy, building and maintaining relationships with vendors and partners, and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives. The Co-Founder will collaborate on product development, conduct market and customer research, and help refine the platform’s features and user experience.

Day-to-day tasks include tracking key performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, managing cross-functional teams,



and representing the company in meetings, pitches, and events. The role requires active involvement in fundraising, budgeting, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams, vendors, customers, and investors, and for presenting ideas clearly.
- Proven sales skills with experience in lead generation, deal closing, and building long-term client and vendor relationships.
- Marketing skills, including experience in digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign execution.
- Research skills to understand market needs, customer behavior, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of initiative, ownership, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in events, hospitality, or SaaS platforms is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- Ability to work in office in Kanpur and commit to a full-time leadership role.
