About the Role

We run high-volume campaigns for international affiliate networks and performance advertisers. Every rupee we earn passes through a network — their campaign lists, their conversion reports, their caps, and their validation.

This role owns that relationship commercially. You are the person the networks deal with: you hold them to their reporting commitments, and you are the first to challenge a number that does not add up.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own day-to-day relationships with our affiliate network partners as their named point of contact
- Request and maintain campaign lists, payouts and offer terms across all networks
- Negotiate daily caps and monthly budgets once a campaign is approved for scale, and renegotiate as performance justifies it
- Hold each network to an agreed reporting turnaround — our media buyers cannot optimise without their data
- Review the variance analysis prepared by the reporting team and raise every material gap formally, within the network's own dispute window
- Escalate unresolved deductions to Finance with the supporting evidence assembled
- Keep a written record of every commercial conversation — caps agreed, terms changed, disputes raised and closed
- Flag campaign or offer changes to the media buying team the day you hear about them

WHAT YOU NEED





- 3–6 years in affiliate marketing, performance marketing or ad-network account management
- You have dealt with affiliate networks directly — you know what a payout, a cap, a scrub and a validation cycle actually are
- Confident negotiating commercial terms with a counterparty who holds more information than you do
- Comfortable enough with numbers to argue a variance line by line, not just forward it
- Clear, skilled written English; most of this job happens over email
- Organised by instinct — many networks, many campaigns, many open threads, nothing dropped

GOOD TO HAVE

- Existing relationships with US-facing affiliate networks
- Experience disputing or recovering deductions from a network
- Understanding of Google Ads & Meta well enough to hold a technical conversation with a media buyer

HOW WE WORK

This seat handles commercially sensitive data — payouts, validation rates and network terms. All work happens on company systems and company accounts, access is role-based, and the appointment letter carries confidentiality, data-handling and conflict-of-interest terms. We are explicit about this upfront because the role deserves someone who expects it.
