Chief Physiotherapist & Operations Manager

3 clinics: JP Nagar | Jayanagar | BTM Layout

₹45,000 – ₹50,000/month + performance incentives

What you'll do

Clinical

- Lead and mentor the physiotherapy team across all branches
- Maintain treatment standards and run in-house training




- Handle complex orthopaedic and sports cases

Operations

- Manage staff schedules and coverage across 3 branches
- Track clinic performance: patient flow, retention, conversions
- Handle patient escalations and feedback
- Coordinate with the marketing and admin teams

Requirements

- BPT + MPT (Ortho/Sports preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- Very good communication skills: confident with patients, staff and management
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada
- Able to make decisions independently
- Immediate joiners preferred
