Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping processes.
- Ensure GST compliance.
- Handle TDS compliance.
- Direct Tax compliance
- Lead and support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Manage ROC compliance.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards/Principles.
- Besides above compliance part, you will be a guiding factor to the management in terms of raising finance, going public for IPO, and other investors presentation.
- You will also lead finance/ Accounts Department with team of 7-8 persons.
