Are you an experienced Asset Management domain professional with robust expertise in investment products and RFP processes? We are looking for a Business Transformation Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon!

Position Overview

- Role: Business Transformation Consultant
- Experience: 10 – 12+ Years
- Location: Gurgaon (5 days Work From Office)
- Shift Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
- Domain Focus: Asset Management, Fintech, Equities Trading, Fixed Income, Issuer Communications

Key Responsibilities

- RFP & Consultant Questionnaires: Drive and manage the end-to-end RFP and consultant questionnaire response process for institutional client inquiries.

- Domain Leadership: Translate complex investment products, services, and strategies into precise, compelling client-facing responses.

- Quality & Governance: Perform rigorous peer reviews and proofreading of client documentation to ensure flawless grammar, consistency, and factual accuracy.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams (including business stakeholders and technical leads in Azure/C#/React environments) to execute large-scale client requests.

- Execution Excellence:



Prioritize and manage multiple high-stakes client deliverables under strict, fast-paced deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

- Domain Expertise: 10+ years of solid experience in the Asset Management / Fintech domain with a deep understanding of investment business, fixed income instruments, and equity trading.

- Process Mastery: Proven hands-on experience in drafting and finalizing RFP responses and consultant questionnaires.

- Communication & Precision: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Education: BA/BS degree (preferably in Business, Economics, or related fields) or equivalent practical experience.

- Certifications (Preferred): NASD / FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, or 66 licenses are a strong plus.
