BTL Head Role Description

As BTL Head, you will work closely with Business Head to grow and promote the sale of programs offered by Imarticus Learning, by identifying opportunities on ground, building and managing revenue generating team and developing long term relationship with channel partners. You will be reporting to Business Head.

· Planning and executing all BTL activities through BDEs– Events, promotions and brand placement

· Planning and innovating recent marketing initiatives on regular interval to create brand awareness on ground

· Responsible for setting up of strong network of channel partners, vendors/agencies for execution of planned activities

· Should possess an understanding of managing activities as per budgets allocated





· Identifying sourcing hubs for business expansion

· Planning lead generation activities as per the business plan of the centres

· Maintaining a strong connect with colleges and universities across Maharashtra region

· Monitoring activity execution through BTL BDEs effectively
