Role Description: The Business Development Executive (Fresher) role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the team member will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads through outreach efforts, and support the creation of proposals and presentations for potential clients. The role includes maintaining accurate interaction records in CRM or tracking tools, coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings, and assisting senior executives with meetings and follow-ups.

Executive will also build and nurture relationships with prospects, contribute to sales reports, and stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs, support proposals, and assist in managing ongoing relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services and agency operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and a willingness to learn new technologies.
