Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead discovery and business analysis activities for Finance workflow transformation and applied AI initiatives.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear use cases, process requirements, data needs, and solution approaches.
- Design and develop Python-based analytical workflows and Generative AI capabilities that reduce manual effort and improve decision support.
- Partner with Finance stakeholders, analysts, engineering teams, and program leadership to validate assumptions and refine solutions.
- Support program planning, responsible AI governance, stakeholder communication, change management, and user adoption.

Skills Required:

- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, applied AI, advanced analytics, or technology-enabled transformation, including hands-on work with Python and Generative AI.
- Strong business analysis experience,



including requirements elicitation, process analysis, use-case definition, and translating business problems into technical solutions.
- Hands-on Python experience for developing analytical workflows, data solutions, or AI-enabled applications.
- Practical experience applying Generative AI to business processes, workflow automation, knowledge retrieval, or decision-support use cases.
- Ability to evaluate AI solution options, communicate technical concepts to senior Finance stakeholders, and support delivery from discovery through implementation.

Valuable to Have:
- Experience with Palantir platforms or solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline; any graduate degree and branch may be considered.
