? Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and parents to understand their academic goals and counselling requirements.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, campaigns, referrals and walk-ins.
- Explain our JEE, NEET and MHT-CET courses, batches, academic offerings and admission process.
- Conduct student counselling sessions, campus visits and admission-related interactions.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by building trust and providing the right guidance.
- Maintain lead records,



follow-up schedules and admission updates.
- Support promotional activities, seminars, demo lectures and student engagement initiatives.
- Achieve assigned admission and business development targets.

? Who We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, positive and student-focused approach.
- Good convincing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Candidates with experience in sales, counselling, customer service or education are preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
