Aryavela is a menswear house making classic, heritage pieces in organic fabrics, crafted in India with human hands in every piece. Made slowly and made to last, so they're worth keeping for years. Fewer things. Kept longer. Held closer.

Role Description;

We are in the first chapter. What exists today is a name, a point of view, and a first collection taking shape. Whoever joins now helps decide what this becomes.

This is a founder's office role. You will be the quiet voice of the house, the person who decides how Aryavela is spoken of, and to whom. Not through noise, but through the right rooms, the right pages, and the right people.

What you'll do

i. Define and protect the brand voice, in every word and every detail that carries our name ii. Build relationships with writers, editors, stylists, craftspeople, and like-minded houses, the kind that take time and can't be bought iii. Position the brand where discerning people will find it: in print, in editorials, in considered features, at private gatherings, and through introductions that lead somewhere. Not through ads. Through reputation, patiently earned.

iv. Make sure those who value fine things come to know what Aryavela is,



and why it is worth keeping

Work with real autonomy from week one, with the founder reachable but not in the room daily. Your judgment will shape the house

We'll talk numbers on a call, and we'll be fair. But if money is the main reason you're applying, this probably isn't for you.

Qualifications;

i. You have taste, and you can point to something and say why it's right.

ii. You write well. Clear, warm, and never padded.

iii. You believe the best patrons come through relationships, not reach.

iv. You'd rather earn one real introduction than gather a thousand impressions.

v. You are at ease in the company of editors, collectors, and people of means, and know how to earn their trust without hurry.

vi. You're comfortable moving slowly and personally.

vii. You finish what you start, without needing to be chased.

viii. You're comfortable with ambiguity. There's no playbook yet, and you'll help write it.

ix. Based in or willing to relocate to Pune. In office, non-negotiable.

x. Degrees, titles, and years of experience matter far less than whether you can actually do the job.
