Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Billing Manager role based in Lucknow.

The Billing

Manager will oversee the entire billing process, including preparing and issuing invoices, verifying pricing and discounts, and ensuring accurate entry of billing data into the company’s systems. The role involves monitoring payments, resolving billing discrepancies, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and maintaining up-to-date customer accounts.

Manager will track revenue flows, support revenue cycle management activities, generate regular financial and billing reports,



and recommend process improvements to support efficient and transparent billing operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Billing Process and Revenue Cycle Management to manage end-to-end billing operations and cash flow.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Invoicing and Billing Systems to create, track, and reconcile customer accounts accurately.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret billing data, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making.
- Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or billing management, preferably in a retail, fashion, or services workplace.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and billing or ERP software; comfort working with numerical data.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with clients professionally.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
