Position: B2B Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafes, hospitals, educational institutions, real estate businesses, and corporate organizations.
- Make outbound calls and reach out to business owners, managers, and decision-makers to introduce VsnapU’s photography and videography services.
- Understand business requirements and propose suitable service packages and solutions.
- Generate leads, build a solid sales pipeline, and convert prospects into business clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss service offerings and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
- Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Handle client queries and provide accurate information about services, pricing, and proposals.
- Achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Maintain client databases, sales reports, lead status, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, corporate sales, or client acquisition will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and communicate with key decision-makers.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
