Role OverviewWe are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop dealer and distributor networks, and expand CHETAN PUMPS' market presence across Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Appoint and develop dealers and distributors.
- Build relationships with retailers, plumbers, mechanics and borewell contractors.
- Conduct regular field visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities,



pricing and market trends.
- Coordinate orders, collections and customer service with internal teams.
- Submit regular sales reports and territory action plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
- 2-4 years of experience in field sales or channel sales.
- Pump, electrical, motor or agricultural equipment industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Haryana.

Salary & Perks
- Fixed salary: ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Quarterly sales incentives based on target achievement.
