Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Presales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in RFP/RFI management, bid coordination, and proposal development. The individual will work closely with Sales, Product, Solutions, Security, Legal, Finance and Customer Success teams to create compelling, high-quality responses for enterprise and government tenders across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end RFP, RFI, RFQ, and tender response processes.
- Review bid requirements and prepare compliance matrices and response plans.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical, commercial, security, and product inputs.
- Develop, customise, and maintain proposal content, response repositories, and knowledge libraries.
- Prepare executive summaries, solution descriptions, implementation approaches, and customer-specific responses.
- Track proposal timelines, submission schedules, and approval workflows.
- Support sales teams with presentations, capability documents, and customer questionnaires.
- Maintain a repository of standard responses, certifications, customer references, and supporting documents.
- Ensure proposal quality,



consistency, and compliance with customer requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Presales, Bid Management, Proposal Writing, or RFP Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer-facing skills.
- Robust attention to detail and document management capabilities.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS in the LMS solution space is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience responding to enterprise and government tenders.
- Understanding of cloud/SaaS platforms and enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and procurement questionnaires.
- Experience using proposal management or knowledge management tools.
