Qualification

1. Education Requirements/Preference: Engineering degree in EC/EE
2. Required Experience: 2-8 years of Experience in Analog/Mixed Signal CMOS full-custom Layout

Requirements

1. Experience in Cadence Platform
2. Knowledge of layout concepts like Matching, shielding, Symmetry, ESD, latch-up, Reliability and DFM
3. PDK and rule-set development understanding
4. Working experience in blocks like high speed IO, Charge pumps, Regulators, semi-custom blocks etc.
5. Scripting knowledge a plus: PERL and SKILL
6. Positive communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
7. Excellent working ability with circuit design and layout methodology development teams
8. Excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

1. Handling block layouts like AMS, Charge Pumps, I/O’s, Reference generator
2. Interaction with project lead (design and layout) and CAD for various requirements
3. Complete all the tasks as defined by the leads on time.
