Position: Airtable Developer

Key ResponsibilitiesAirtable Development & Solution Delivery

- Design, build, and maintain Airtable bases, interfaces, dashboards, forms, and workflows.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly Airtable solutions.
- Develop automation workflows and integrate Airtable with approved enterprise platforms.
- Build project trackers, action item trackers, digital workflows, training management systems, and reporting tools.
- Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance before deployment.
- Document solution architecture, business logic, workflows, and user guides.

Platform Administration & Governance

- Manage Airtable workspaces, user permissions, access controls, and security settings.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and corporate data governance standards.
- Monitor platform usage and maintain data quality and consistency.

User Support & Sustainment

- Troubleshoot Airtable issues and provide timely resolution.
- Manage enhancement requests, defects, and continuous improvement opportunities.




- Support users with platform-related queries and workflow improvements.

Training & Change Management

- Conduct instructor-led training sessions for project teams and recent users.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, user guides, and quick-reference documents.
- Host regular Airtable office hours to provide troubleshooting assistance and user coaching.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Airtable, including bases, interfaces, forms, automations, dashboards, and data modeling.
- Relevant Airtable certifications are preferred/required as per project needs.
- Experience implementing and maintaining enterprise-scale Airtable solutions across multiple business functions.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data structures, data governance, and business process workflows.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create technical documentation, SOPs, and end-user training materials.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.

Additional Skill
- DAX knowledge is expected.
