Title: Accounting Manager

Division: Accounting & Finance

Work Time: 9:00 am- 6:00 pm Bangkok Time

Responsibilities:

- Payroll Activities-Salary disbursement & statutory compliance payment.
- Preparation of MIS Reporting for strategic review by the management.
- Preparation of Annual Budget Statement by identifying current and projected operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations along with underlying assumptions.
- Ensure statutory compliances with revenue department requirements.
- Establish table of accounts and assigns entries to respective accounts.
- Analyze records of transactions to determine accuracy and completeness of entries in accounting software.
- Checking Invoices & follow-ups for invoice clearance
- Work with Banks, Vendors, External agencies & Third Parties
- Checking various contracts and preparing reports to substantiate payments/receipts prior to settlement.
- Participating in Accounting Audits.

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with any ERP or Accounting Applications.
- Knowledge of Accounting Standards (AS) and Schedule III strongly preferred.
- Experienced in finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (primarily Excel).
- Preferred experience working in a small to mid-size organization

Qualification:

- Bachelors’ / master’s degree in finance or accounting or inter CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent or higher education combined with experience

Other Duties:

As designated by Management like Reviewing vendor contracts, determining pricing for Contract Bidding etc

Basic Function

Bookkeeping and Accounting, Thai Payroll, analyze financial information,



prepare MIS Reports and maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability and other financial activities. Manage end-end accounting functions ensuring compliance to processes

Reporting to - Managing Director

Experience:

Desired: 4-6 years of relevant experience in industry.
