Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Surendranagar. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, including recording daily financial transactions, preparing journal entries, and reconciling bank, ledger, and client accounts. Day-to-day activities include preparing financial statements and MIS reports, tracking receivables and payables, and supporting billing, invoicing, and expense management.





The role will involve coordinating with relationship managers on client-related accounting, assisting with tax-related calculations and compliance support, and ensuring records adhere to internal policies and applicable regulations. The Accountant will also help implement process improvements, maintain documentation for audits and reviews, and collaborate with the team to ensure timely, accurate financial information for decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliation, and preparation of basic financial statements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software(Tally) and MS Excel, including working with spreadsheets.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation and compliance fundamentals relevant to accounting, such as understanding of GST, TDS, and documentation requirements.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, numerical accuracy and the ability to follow structured processes and maintain organized records.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and respond to client-related queries professionally.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- Prior experience in accounting.
- Ability to work in office in Surendranagar on a full-time basis and uphold ethical standards and confidentiality of financial information is required.
