Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Dhaulpur. The Accountant will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, maintain accurate ledgers, and record all financial transactions in accordance with company policies and applicable standards.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, processing payments and receipts, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with monthly and annual closing activities. The role also involves preparing basic financial reports, supporting budgeting and cash flow monitoring, and ensuring proper documentation for internal and external audits.



The Accountant will collaborate with management and operational teams to provide timely financial information and support compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP or similar tools) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with bank reconciliation, invoice processing, accounts payable and receivable management.
- Understanding of local tax regulations, GST, and statutory compliance relevant to Indian businesses.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to maintain organized financial records.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a producer company, cooperative, or rural/agri-focused organization is a plus.
