We are urgently hiring skilled kitchen staff for a growing PURE VEGETARIAN RESTAURANT specialising in North Indian food, stuffed parathas, chaats, Chinese and tandoori dishes.

‍ 1. NORTH INDIAN MAIN COOK – 1 VACANCY

Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000/month

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AUTHENTIC NORTH INDIAN COOKING!

✅ Expert in stuffed parathas – Aloo, Gobi, Paneer, Mix Veg & more

✅ Must know authentic North Indian taste and preparation

✅ Experienced in dal, chole, rajma, paneer dishes & gravies

✅ TANDOORI COOKING EXPERIENCE IS COMPULSORY

✅ Chaat and Chinese cooking skills are an added advantage

✅ Must manage kitchen preparation and service independently

✅ Must maintain consistent taste, quality and hygiene

We need a cook who can deliver genuine North Indian taste, especially authentic stuffed parathas.

‍ 2. KITCHEN HELPERS – 2 VACANCIES

FIXED SALARY: ₹12,000/month per person

✅ Pure vegetarian kitchen work only

✅ Chopping, dough preparation and kitchen mise en place

✅ Assisting with paratha stuffing, rolling and preparation





✅ Cleaning and maintaining kitchen hygiene

✅ Hardworking, disciplined and ready to join immediately

✅ Previous hotel, restaurant or cloud kitchen experience preferred

Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
