Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling & Conversion: Call provided leads, address customer inquiries, highlight value, and maximize booking probability.

WhatsApp Business Management: Timely manage all incoming and outgoing WhatsApp Business messages, queries, and client follow-ups.

Customer Support & Sales: Build positive rapport with potential clients to encourage bookings.

Reporting: Keep track of call responses, active chats, and daily confirmed bookings.

Requirements & Required Skills

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent spoken Hindi/regional language skills with strong persuasive ability.

Basic English Proficiency: Ability to read, understand, and type basic/normal English for WhatsApp chats and documentation.

WhatsApp Business Knowledge: Familiarity with managing chats, quick replies, and labels on WhatsApp Business.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Polished phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.





Compensation & Incentive Structure

Daily Incentive (No Target Required):

There is no daily target to qualify for incentives.

Once you achieve 2 bookings in a single day, you earn an additional ₹250 per booking for every booking starting from the 3rd booking onward (., 3 bookings = ₹250 incentive, 4 bookings = ₹500 incentive on that day).
