Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Executive with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to manage daily logistics operations on their own. You will handle shipments, documentation, transporter coordination and basic EXIM work, and support process improvements with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and run daily inbound and outbound shipments by road, air and sea

Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, freight forwarders and CHAs

Get freight quotations, compare rates and help negotiate with vendors

Prepare and verify documents, including GST invoices, e-way bills, LRs, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of entry, B/L and AWB

Follow up on customs clearance with CHAs through ICEGATE

Track shipments and give proactive updates to customers and internal teams

Coordinate with the warehouse on stock receipt, dispatch planning and inventory accuracy

Resolve delays,



damages and shortages, and handle claims with carriers and insurers

Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle)

Prepare MIS reports on dispatch status, freight costs and vendor performance

Ensure compliance with GST, Incoterms and company SOPs

Guide trainees and juniors on routine tasks when needed
