Key Responsibilities & Duties

Itinerary Planning & Client Counseling:

Interact with clients to understand their travel needs, budget constraints, preferred destinations, and special requirements.

Design tailored travel packages, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, sightseeing tours, and travel insurance.

Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding travel destinations, visa requirements, weather conditions, and local customs.

Booking Execution & Reservation Management:

Reserve and confirm flight tickets, hotel accommodations, cabs, train passes, and activity vouchers using GDS tools or direct vendor portals.

Coordinate with hotel property managers, transport vendors, and local tour operators to secure competitive rates and availability.

Issue travel vouchers, invoices, and comprehensive travel itineraries to clients in a timely manner.

Client Support & Relationship Building:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during their travel, handling itinerary modifications, cancellations, or emergency support.





Maintain relationships with repeat corporate and retail clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Follow up post-trip to gather client feedback and continuously improve service standards.

Sales Target & Commercial Tracking:

Convert inbound travel inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.

Up-sell and cross-sell complementary services such as travel insurance, premium upgrades, and curated local experiences.

Coordinate with the accounts team to collect payments, track vendor invoices, and manage refund processing.
