Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage shop-floor manpower, monitor production targets, and ensure product quality and plant safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.

Monitor manufacturing processes, plant operations, and equipment performance.

Allocate duties to operators and workers and manage shift activities.

Ensure product quality and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Monitor raw material consumption, production output, and process wastage.

Maintain daily production reports, shift handover records, and other documentation.

Coordinate with the Quality Control, Maintenance, and Stores departments.





Identify production issues and support troubleshooting and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with industrial safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.

Support preventive maintenance activities and continuous process improvement.
