Job Title: Plant Engineer / Plant Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Plant Engineer / Plant Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, ensure smooth production activities, and maintain equipment efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor daily plant operations and production activities.

- Ensure smooth functioning of plant machinery and equipment.

- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other departments.

- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot operational issues.

- Ensure preventive maintenance and timely servicing of equipment.

- Maintain production records, operational reports, and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures.





- Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions.

- Monitor manpower utilization and ensure efficient workflow.

Qualification: DME / BE Mechanical

Experience: Relevant experience in plant operations, production, or maintenance preferred.
