Key Responsibilities & Duties

On-Field Prospecting & Client Acquisition:

Plan and execute regular daily beat plans and field visits to potential B2B clients, retail dealers, contractors, or corporate buyers.

Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door field prospecting, and local market mapping.

Understand customer requirements and present suitable product solutions, catalogs, and technical samples.

Sales Pipeline & Deal Closure:

Prepare formal price quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms within approved parameters, and close sales orders.

Follow up rigorously on open leads, product trials, and pending inquiries to maximize lead-to-conversion ratios.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets set by the management.

Account Management & Receivables Recovery:

Build and maintain strong, long-term working relationships with existing clients and channel partners.

Coordinate with stores, billing, and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery of orders.





Take personal ownership of payment recoveries and follow up on overdue customer receivables to keep accounts within approved credit limits.

Reporting & Market Intelligence:

Record daily field activity, client meeting feedback, and lead status updates using mobile CRM apps or daily reporting formats.

Gather competitor intelligence regarding pricing, recent product launches, and market trends, reporting findings to the Sales Manager.
