The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in telecalling and a minimum educational qualification of 10th y Responsibilities:nn- Conduct Outbound Calls: Engage with potential customers through phone calls to promote our services and gather pertinent - Maintain Customer Database: Accurately update and manage customer details in the database to ensure tracking of interactions and follow-- Achieve Call Targets: Meet daily and weekly call targets set by the management, demonstrating efficiency and effective communication - Resolve Customer Queries: Address customer questions and concerns professionally, providing accurate information to facilitate their decision-making - Report Progress: Regularly report to the supervisor on call outcomes and customer feedback,
