Key Responsibilities:

- Process Air Ticket Reservations: Handle customer requests for air ticket bookings via phone, email, or in-person while ensuring accurate and timely service.

- Provide Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight schedules, pricing, and ticket changes, maintaining a positive customer relationship.

- Issue Tickets: Generate and issue electronic tickets in compliance with airline policies, ensuring adherence to all regulations.

- Manage Refunds and Cancellations: Process cancellations and refunds as required, effectively communicating with customers regarding policies and procedures.

- Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of transactions, ensuring proper documentation and data entry into the system for easy retrieval.
