Identify project delays and resolve site-related issues.

Coordinate with the accounts and purchase departments for project expenses, billing, and material procurement.

Monitor contractor bills, work measurements, and payment certifications.





Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.

Maintain project documents, work schedules, and records.
