Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to support Humppl's business growth through market research, outreach, marketing campaigns, and sales coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Research companies, potential clients, HR leaders, founders, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Identify potential business opportunities and build accurate prospect lists.

- Support personalised outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.

- Assist with marketing campaigns, content distribution, webinars, and promotional activities.

- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and sales-related activities.

- Maintain accurate lead details, CRM records, and follow-up trackers.

- Conduct basic market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

- Support proposal coordination and track sales opportunities.

- Use AI tools responsibly to support research, content drafting, and daily tasks.





- Monitor outreach responses and suggest improvements to marketing and sales activities.
