Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-driven Tele-Sales Executive to connect with potential business clients, understand their requirements, and generate sales opportunities for our digital services. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of prior tele-sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert prospects into qualified leads and paying customers.

Relevant tele-sales experience and graduation are mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients and introduce TechEGBS's services.

• Generate leads and identify business opportunities for digital marketing, SEO, website development, social media marketing, paid advertising, branding, and other company services.

• Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable digital solutions.

• Explain service benefits, pricing, and proposals clearly to prospective customers.

• Follow up with interested prospects through telephone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales or management team to close deals.

• Handle customer objections, negotiate professionally,



and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, prospects, and conversions in the CRM or tracking sheets.

• Build long-term relationships with potential clients and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of prior tele-sales experience.

• Previous experience in a relevant tele-sales role is mandatory.

• Experience in selling digital marketing services, IT solutions, website development, advertising, or other B2B services will be preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into business opportunities.

• Comfortable with outbound calling, sales targets, and consistent follow-ups.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and professional communication.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and focused on achieving sales targets.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed monthly salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000, depending on experience and suitability.
