Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to handle assigned customer support activities and client processes for organizations in the banking and NBFC sector.

Key Responsibilities

Handle assigned customer support and service-related activities.

Understand customer/service requirements and provide appropriate assistance as per defined processes.

Communicate professionally through assigned communication channels.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Follow client-specific SOPs, processes and quality standards.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of issues.

Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the Team Leader.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.

Achieve assigned productivity, quality and service targets.

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in customer support/customer service.

Experience in banking, NBFC, BPO, financial services or related industries will be preferred.

Good verbal and written communication skills.





Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
