A premium, high-volume café in Anjuna, Goa is looking for a strong, systems-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager.

We are specifically looking for someone who understands restaurant operations beyond just floor service.

MUST HAVE: 4–5 years of relevant F&B; experience
Strong knowledge of inventory management & stock control
Valuable understanding of food cost, beverage cost & cost control
Experience with POS systems, daily reports, voids, discounts and billing controls
Ability to implement and follow SOPs, checklists and operating systems
Knowledge of wastage control, pilferage prevention and stock variance
Solid floor management and guest handling skills
Ability to train, supervise and hold the team accountable
Valuable understanding of café, restaurant and bar operations
Comfortable working with numbers,



reports and daily targets

We need someone who is organised, process-driven and accountable — not someone who only manages the floor.

Location: Anjuna, Goa

Salary: ₹35,000 per month
