We are looking for an energetic and confident Bilingual Telecaller to connect with prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate must possess robust verbal communication skills and have native-level fluency in both Tamil and Telugu to handle customer inquiries, explain product/service offerings, and drive conversions or appointments

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Tamil and Telugu.
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries effectively.
Explain company products, services, or offers clearly and persuasively.
Generate leads, follow up on pending inquiries, and schedule appointments/site visits for the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer records and update lead trackers/CRM software on a regular basis.
Meet daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets. [1, 2, 3]





Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or any Graduate.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil and Telugu (spoken, and reading/writing where applicable). Basic understanding of English or Hindi is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, polite tone, active listening, and robust convincing/negotiation abilities.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of prior experience as a telecaller, in telesales, or in customer support (freshers with outstanding communication skills are welcome).
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, or lead management software

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
