For a Finance Company Specialising in Gold Loans

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Branch Manager to manage our branch operations, primarily focused on gold loan services.

Eligibility & Requirements
Retired bankers are preferred.
Candidates with prior experience in gold loan operations will be given preference.
Robust knowledge of gold loan appraisal, valuation, disbursement, and recovery procedures.
Experience in branch management, customer relationship management, and business development.
Ability to manage staff, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain proper documentation and compliance.
Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall functioning of the branch.
Oversee gold loan processing, gold valuation,



and loan disbursement.
Ensure proper security, documentation, and record-keeping of pledged gold.
Develop business and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Monitor loan repayments, recoveries, and branch performance.
