Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified medical specialists (doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, etc.) for job openings across various healthcare sectors.
Support the recruitment team in creating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting preliminary candidate interviews.
Utilize online job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases to identify and engage potential candidates.
Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases, ensuring all records are updated and organized.
Support with administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, reference checks, and background screening.
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
